Common questions

Do you charge a broker fee?

No. Our brokers are paid by the lender when your mortgage completes. We tell you how much before you go ahead.

Do you search the whole market?

[CONFIRM: describe the range of lenders your brokers use, for example whole of market or a panel of lenders.]

What is a joint borrower, sole proprietor mortgage?

It lets a family member, often a parent, join the mortgage so their income helps you borrow more. Only you go on the deeds and own the home.

How long does a mortgage take?

A remortgage often takes four to eight weeks. A purchase depends on the chain, but the mortgage offer itself often takes two to four weeks.
